Mohammed Al-Sarhan
Chairman
Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Sarhan is a seasoned business executive and the current Chairman of Riymar since 2021. He also serves as Chairman of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), Saudi Airlines Catering Company, and previously held leadership roles with IKEA Saudi Arabia and Al Safi Holding. With a strong background in logistics, real estate, and corporate governance, Mr. Al-Sarhan brings strategic insight and over four decades of experience to the company’s board
Ahmed Mohammed Mozaini
Vice Chairman
A founding member of Riymar, Ahmed Mohammed Mozaini has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth since its establishment in 1996. He has led the acquisition and development of land and residential projects valued at over SAR 16 billion, contributing significantly to the firm’s position as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading independent real estate developers.
Dr. Bassam Boodai
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Bassam Boodai is Vice President and Board Member of Bedaya Home Finance Company, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Riymar, and a Board Member of Gulf Dana Company. He brings extensive expertise in real estate finance and strategic development to Riymar’s board.
Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Shehri
Managing Director
Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Shehri has been leading Riymar since 2007, driving its vision to become Saudi Arabia’s most distinguished independent real estate developer. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh, and has held advisory roles within the Ministry of Housing, contributing to the Kingdom’s national urban development agenda.
Wesam Dumyati
Director
Dr. Eng. Wesam Dumyati brings extensive experience in large-scale development, having previously served as Operations Manager and later CEO of Homes Construction Company, where he led the 6 million m² East Gate project.
Hamad Mohammed Mozaini
Director
A founding member of Riymar since 1996, Hamad Mohammed Mozaini has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of land and residential projects valued at over SAR 16 billion, playing a key role in shaping the company’s long-term growth and investment strategy.
Abdullah Ahmed Alkenany
Director
Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Alkenany is the Executive Vice President of Al Faysaliya Group, Vice Chairman of Maharah Company, and a Board Member of Saudi Accenture Company, Mezyan Foods Company, and several other international firms. He brings diverse corporate leadership experience across multiple sectors to Riymar’s board.
