Riymar has commenced construction of Square Mall at Riyadh Grove, marking the start of on-site works for one of the destination’s key commercial components. Following the implementation agreement announced earlier, site mobilization is complete and foundation works are now underway, with reinforcement and structural works progressing according to plan.
Carrying the tagline “Where Everyday Life Comes Together”, Square Mall is designed as a modern, open-air retail destination within the Riyadh Grove masterplan, directly fronting Dammam Road, one of Riyadh’s most prominent and high-traffic commercial corridors, at its intersection with Fayez Al Awfi Street in East Riyadh. The dual frontage gives the project strong visibility and easy access from two major routes.
Phase 1 spans a total land area of 28,400 square meters and will offer 43 leasable units across 11,400 square meters of leasing space, supported by parking for 321 cars. The tenant mix brings together a curated selection of retail stores, restaurants and cafés, and daily services in a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment designed to draw continuous visitor traffic throughout the day.
Square Mall sits at the heart of Riyadh Grove, Riymar’s integrated urban community in East Riyadh. Spanning more than 3.6 million square meters with approximately 5,000 residential units, the community provides a stable base of residents, visitors, and employees, positioning the mall as a daily meeting point and a strong platform for established and emerging brands alike.
