Riymar has signed an implementation agreement for Square Mall, a new commercial and entertainment destination located within Riyadh Grove in East Riyadh, marking another step in the company’s continued development of integrated communities and lifestyle-focused destinations.
With a total project value of approximately SAR 36 million, Square Mall is planned for development on a land area of approximately 29,000 sqm, with an estimated implementation period of 12 months.
